Green Project

Making a project that is very helpful to our mother nature is a great help to prevent our environment from degrading so that we can fight the pollution that is happening in the country. I think most of the company in the country are proposing some programs or techniques to help our mother nature, they called this as the “Green Projects, Green Ecology Movement, etc.” that can be clearly seen on different company right now, not just on only on our country but also to the whole country across the earth. Right now, it is like a trend to every company, so as like to the project managers right now.

It is a unique idea creating projects that cannot affect our environment, instead of using the environment, the projects that the project managers are creating would certainly help the environment to regain its beauty and to help human to eliminate pollution(that is a the cause and effect of the human failure in protecting the nature). Though the idea would be so very hard to draw, project managers should see to it that making a kind of this project is a great help not just only to us humans but also to the nature and environment that we are living and also the number one source of living of people around the world. Thus, thinking this kind of project would make or lead the project managers to be in current trends of making projects that can trigger the mind of the stakeholders to accept the project, though making the plan or idea of the project to be created is very hard.

But, before creating the project, the project manager should ensure that there would be no one that can be affected in accomplishing the project he/she is creating. Let us keep in mind that though this kind of projects are so helpful, yet there are also the side that can affect to people though it can help to the environment and to the nature. Creating ideas for a project, project managers should mind that it must be balance, that is to say it can help the environment and also it can help the people. What is it if the project is successful yet the source of living of people would be affected? Still it is a non sense if it would become like that, though you really helped the environment yet you destroy the source of living of a person or of the people. Then the question would rise to our mind if this would occur: “Is this really to help people and the nature?” or it would result to some controversies that people would think that environment would be prioritizing in the project but how about the people?

So if the project manager would like to come in into this trend of making projects, he/she should carefully think if the project he is proposing is worthy for the environment and for the people, not just only to the environment or for the people. It should be balanced, no bias. It should be approved by many people that would be involved in the project especially those who are living nearly the project that is proposed.

In my part, it is hard to propose a project that can help environment and the people because we can clearly see that people are always destroying the environment and pollution can clearly seen wherever you will go either above or below, whether on air or in water, even in rural and urban areas. Though it is good to have “Green Projects” but it should be helpful to both sides, the human and mother nature, and no bias should be made.  

Business Proposal

I never thought that our business proposal would be accepted. At first, we considered our likes to make the business, but then we had a difficulty in it since we have different likes and most of the business we think are really common now a days. Then, those likes that we proposed to make a business, we merge it to our new business that we think is it is something really new yet innovated style of business.

Since all of us have a common destiny, that is death, we make a business regarding with it and merging those ideas we think at first. Then we come up with this idea, "Happy Endings", that a make your own coffin business. It is just like a funeral service yet some freebies have been added to improve the business.

I am now excited with this, it's my first time to think a business yet it just come up from my naughty mind. It is not a serious idea, but when I try to propose it to my group mates, they have a possible view yet they doubt at first. Hoho.. I think it's better if I keep my mind with this, just think everything as fun and enjoyment.

Lessons!!

Lessons I've got from Steve's speech:

1. Connecting the Dots
 What you do today has a concern for tomorrow. We can connect what we have done yesterday to what we call today, since everything in today is the result of what we call yesterday. It is not the case that we should connect those dots forwardly but we should connect it backwardly, meaning we should remember those things we did in the past and use it to help us in our present.

2.Don't regret your decisions
 One of the best lessons I got. We should not regret what we have decided in the past, it is just like you take the risk of your life. With this, it will lead you to either to your success or failure in life. But then, whatever we have decided, we just only have to believe in it and stay with it.

3. Keep Searching what you love, Don't settle
 In this, I realize that in order to be successful, you just need to find what you really love and if you never find it, you should continue in searching for it. It is like doing what I want to do and follow what's really inside of my heart. As Steve Jobs said, "There is no reason not to follow your heart", I was inspired by this, yeah!really inspired, it's right, because what you think is just what is on your mind. Take time to search what you really love and want and don't settle if you did not find it yet.

4. Think that this day is your last day
 It's hard! Yet this lesson taught me that I should really think that this day might be my last day, that I should think if I can do what I want to do for this day, if I don't, then I need to find out by myself what is wrong and then try to go on with it again. With this lesson, I can never think of any success or failure since I think its my last day and all I have to do is to do what I think would be the best for me to this current day whether it will lead me to success or not.

5. Don't be afraid to take failures
 When failures occur in my life, I must take it as part of my life, to get the lesson and to make me more stronger in my life, I should take the risk. It's just keep on believing what I am believing and keeping my faith until the end of the day. I must treat failure as a mere success.

6. Don't listen to other's opinion
 I should not let others to overtake what ideas are. I should pursue to continue what is on my mind, either it will result to my success or not, the important thing is that, I followed what I think is good to me and what is on my heart.

7. Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish
 With this line by Steve Jobs, I realized that I must be always hungry and always foolish. Hungry to the opportunities that might happen and beneficial to my life and always be foolish to what others would say and foolish to the failures that may come. that to say not to think of what is happening in my environment.

Having Good Fun with Steve..

I never realized someone rich like Steve Jobs did finish any college course..He just live his life and drove it just because of what he want to do..
After his commencement speech, I realized to myself that I still need to know what I really want, what benefits I could get in doing so. Education is just second to what we called wisdom..I can see to Steve that he is just a wise person, just doing what he wanted to do and to follow what he thinks may be good for him.

My Purpose in Life is..

My purpose in life is.....
Uncertain....haha ...Well because I don't know what will happen for tomorrow..for tomorrow can hold itself..maybe tomorrow I'm dead and that's is to say I don't have a tomorrow for my self..But I think if tomorrow is present to me then maybe these are be the following that maybe I need to attain for my life(either in success or failure of my life):

To finish what I have started to pursue; that is to finish my studies and to help my family in daily needs especially in terms of money.
To help my community by contributing what I have learned from my studies and to introduce new technologies that are now present in the world for them to avoid ignorance.
To live what I wanted it to be, to live to the fullest and to help others.
To enjoy what I love to do and to gain what I want to have.
To become a no one in the world yet powerful and influencial..
powerful in making others to live and influencial to help others("Helping them makes me happy and glad")
To become a good citizen..making out my best to follow the law.
And most of all to serve God first and then to serve others.(cause I have served myself to its fullest..).

Reflection: Personality Test

“Somewhat technopreneurial!”, as declared by my instructor last August 14, 2010. This is the result of the personality test which I took under his class. This test compromises my personality towards other people and my personality towards money. Thus, as a result of the conducted test, I scored 42 points and declared as “Somewhat technopreneurial”. Meaning, I am capable of becoming a technopreneur someday or in the future, capable of gaining money and creating my own business as a source of my daily living and be able to help other people in terms of giving them a job through this business that I would create and manage someday.


At first, I never believed to the result of the test since, it is not only the personality test that can say that we can become a good technopreneur, for as long as I know, there are also IQ tests, EQ test, and more that compromises to our success and failure in life. Since in a business, personality is not just the only needed one to become successful; intelligence (that is the mind; critical thinking and analysis) and emotional stability are also needed. The result of the test for me is just like a joke, I only think that business does not fit to me as my primary career in life, that for me, business is just a waste of time if I let myself to indulged with it, that I think that making business will lead me to more complicated problems that I am so lazy to take actions. But then, as a result of the test, I slowly inject to my mind that maybe it can fit to me, injecting to my mind that maybe it is full of adventure if I undergo and pursue to create business, injecting to my mind that it is not a waste of time that I am the only one who can control to my schedule that could not affect my other transactions since I am the owner. Since my parents like to have business, after the result of the test, I started to inject to my mind that I think I should follow my parents though I can never have a one hundred percent success with it.


I remember when I am in my high school life, with the subject technology and livelihood education, my teacher required us to have a entrepreneur life, that is just only a simple sari-sari store inside our classroom that we need to make our purchased junk foods and etc. to be emptied and then report to our teacher the profit that we gain with that products. Then what I did, since I do not have a self confidence in doing so that requirement, is I am the only who bought my products or sometimes I used to ask my classmate to be the one or to be in charged of my products and I would just pay him and the result is that only my own money would be reported to my teacher as my profit to the said requirement. That is just the proof that I do not really like business since from the start that I have knowledge in this world. That I dislike that kind of life in order to gain money, since I am not really competitive in this life; that I am just only satisfied of what I have and do not want anymore to go beyond of it. I do not thirst of money and just want my life to flow like in a river.


As a result of that personality test, I realized that in the business, it is not only the money that matters the most but it also matters about how you communicate and how you interact with other people that you encounter everyday in the business. I realized that to become a good technopreneur, I must be good in communicating and interacting to the people I am with in the business, making money as not the primary goal in the business but how you motivate and lead your co-workers in order for the business to be successful. Thus, making me also to realize that, I must be concern of how would other feels; how would they feel if I get mad, how would they feel if I do not like the result of their work, how would they feel if I am not in the mood, making me to realize that I must not be self centered in any situation and that I should try to consider the situation of others in order for us to understand each other. As a result of the said test, I never realized that personality matters and it makes my question to be answered, that why company needs an employee that has a good personality, now I know that in the business personality towards others is also important aside from money and now I know also that in order to become a good technopreneur, a good and right personality towards other people and money also matters. It is not always that in the business we need to aim so much of money but also we need to aim to show our true personality, what we are when it comes to money and what we are when it comes to other people (concerning their emotions) so that they would know each other better, not just in the business but also outside of the business.


As a reflection of the said test, I never imagined that the result of that test would lead me to think that I can become a good technopreneur yet in my mind I think I cannot because I am not really associated with a mind of business or shall we say a business minded type of person. I can never believed to the result because as I answer the questions of that test, I always choose the answer that concerns mostly of the people around me and not answering those questions that matters or concerns of money the most, though in real life situation money is the primary need of people in order to live; to buy foods, to build house and to make life more comfortable. I never answered money the most, it is because I believe that money is not the answer to everything and the test proved that what I believe is true. I realized that, even in the business, people are really essential and important than money, though money is also the primary need in the business in order for it to start and grow but then, as the result of the test, people is also important because without people, there would be no business, and without people, business would not be successful. That is why in the test I realized that caring other people in the business is also part and important in the business. Maybe we can be well known because of money, yet it is nothing if we do not care of other people, if we cannot have people who can describe and tell who really we are.


When the result of the test was announced to us, I can never imagine that the result would be “Somewhat technopreneurial”. Meaning, I am capable of making business, capable of making money on my own ways. I think and ask to myself, “Could it really be possible that I would become a technopreneur? Creating my own business, managing and controlling my own business, making money out of my own business, could help other people because I can give them a job because of my own business? Could repay my parents for what they have worked hard for me by means of my own business?”. These are just some of the questions that play in my mind when my instructor or mentor announced the result of the test. Making me to think that maybe it is possible since the result of the test stated that “Somewhat technopreneurial”, meaning, I have the ability to become a technopreneur someday. I have the ability in creating business by my own ways, using my ideas to fulfill that business and using the resources that I meet in everyday and runs in my mind to create that desired business.




Since then, my philosophy about gaining money in order to live in this world has changed. After I heard the result of the personality test that I took, my mind feels like there is rumble that happening inside and many questions come up to my mind. I keep on thinking, “If I could become a technopreneur, what type of business should I start to make? Should it be related to my likes or should it be related to the course that I had taken? Should it be of the latest trends that people are enjoying right now or not? Is it convenient to the people around me or not? If I could become a technopreneur, where should I get my initial capital or my starting money in order to build a business? Where is the best place to build and to start my business? Where should I get my best resources? Would this business help my environment and my people? Will the people who would be part of my business are trustworthy or not?”, these are just some of the questions that runs in my mind when I changed my philosophy in gaining money, that is from becoming an employee to gain money into creating my own business for more convenient way to live my life in this world.


In order for me to reach this new goal of my life, I should regret and forget those negative traits that is present in me in current time, that is I should become a risk taker person, I should pursue to think of new ideas, I should pursue to become a futuristic person and should not think of the negative things that would occur in my present life. That personality test that I took help me to change some of my philosophy in life, since in a business there is no one who rules with you since you are the owner, and no one would shout in front of your face since you are the one who own. It helps me to believe in my self, though I am not a kind of a person who wants to gain money at the fullest because what money could do to me if I die someday? I cannot bring it to where I would be when I die.


That test makes me to realize that, though money is essential in the business it needs people to function. What is business without people? If you are not good in communicating and interacting with them, how would your business be in success? How would your co-workers like you, when your impression to them will make them to be afraid with you every time you are with them? How would they feel if you treat them so harsh? How would they feel if you do not consider their situation? How can they feel your compassion if you do not want to show it to them? Thus personality, in order for the business to be successful, is really needed.


Thus, in that personality test, I realize that I can become a technopreneur and erase in my mind that I cannot become one of it. I realize that personality matters for the success of the business and I think I am able to become a technopreneur since the result of the test told me so. I realized that though I think that I cannot become a business man or a technopreneur yet the result of the test give me the idea and change my philosophy in my life since it says I am somewhat technopreneurial. The result of the test leads me to think that since I have the mind and I have the right personality, I should pursue to create business following the footsteps of my parents in order to live though I can see that more problems will I encounter with it yet all I need to do is to believe in my self and be wise in making every decisions that I should make. The personality test help me to think that I can have a good business since in my mind I really want to have a business since there is no one who would control on my work, there is no one who would have power over me since I am the one who owns the business. The personality test helps me to think over and over again that if I really want to make that business in my mind to be in reality, I should pursue and believe to my abilities and believe to the people who also believes in me, in order to help others and in order to make my ideas to be in reality and in order to be successful in life, making me to realize that my personality right now towards other people could be a means of my success in my life if I would insist to have a business of my own.

What are the factors that contributed to the success and failure of Steve Jobs as a technopreneur?

In a business, success and failure always occur and it is in the hand of the owner whether to grab success or to accept failure. These success and failure has factors that must be considered in order to accept success and failure. On the side of Steve Jobs, based on the movie, I can enumerate these factors of success and failure that he encountered as a technopreneur , especially on a business. These factors are as follows:

The factors of Failures:

First factor: Too much trust to the employees and to business partners.As I have seen in the movie, Steve Jobs shows too much trust in his employees, entrusting them to make the project plan to be accomplished and showing them the exact design, codes, and everything to them. He never notices that making these can lead to the failure of his being as a technopreneur. Also, as I have seen on the movie, he has too much trust to his business partner like Bill Gates. He shows all the aces that would lead to success of the business. Thus, others will take advantage of it and will try to harm or to edit the project for his personal gain and will try to make the project as his own and show it to the public and start it as his own business.
Though trust is one element in order for the business to gain success, it must not be abused because sometimes it would result to the failure of the business, leaving some trauma in believing and trusting other people. Steve Jobs never imagined that someone would see his ace for the success of the business. Thus it makes also the one factor why Steve Jobs failed as a technopreneur.

Second factor: Steve Jobs cannot control his emotions, especially when it comes to personal problems.
As a technopreneur, controlling emotions is also one element to become a good technopreneur. Personal problems should not be discussed or include when he is in his own business establishment. As I have seen in the movie, when Steve Jobs become angry, it always affects his business, focusing his anger to others particularly to his loyal employees, thus not knowing that they would keep in their heart and may result to some rebellion. With this, employees would be afraid of him if they would like to approach and show projects they have already finished. Also, anger would affect him and would lead him to his downfall as a technopreneur, because if he is in this state, he cannot appreciate what has been created by his employees.

Third factor: Steve Jobs did not look back from where he came from and too much pride.
“People who never look back from where they came from, don’t have somewhere else to go” as one of the common Filipino quotation that is translated only in English, is really true. Steve Jobs as he is on the top as a technopreneur, never look back to where he came from. He never looks back to the people who help him. As he is on his success, his pride goes up as he is also going up to the technopreneur world. He never humble his self again as he is on the top, underestimating people that he never knew the ability and he gives over recognition to his self that the thing he thinks is better than that of others.

Fourth factor: Steve Jobs is self-centered
Steve Jobs as shown in the movie is self-centered. He only considers himself not knowing the feeling of others like what would they feel if he would get angry. He is insensitive with his words and actions, not knowing that he hurt others of what he said and what he acts.

The Factors of success:

First factor: Steve Jobs has a good ideas and putting it in action.
As I have seen in the movie, Steve Jobs has really good ideas conserved in his mind. He can add capabilities on the things immediately just by seeing it and by knowing its parts needed. When Steve Jobs has an idea, he takes action of it immediately, so that the desired idea in his mind would come in reality even though other thinks it is impossible. He never thinks of failure as long as he can have ideas in his mind that he can create products or to make products according to what he have seen.

Second factor: Steve Jobs believes always on his self.
Steve Jobs on the movie that can be shown as a confident person, he never surrenders though he has only limited time to show his projects. He always believes that he can gain the trust of the investors around him. He always believes that the products he has made would have great impact to the customers, thus making them to buy the product he made.

Third factor: Steve Jobs always looks forward and observant to his environment.
Steve Jobs never ended up just thinking of the present, he always looks forward to what will happen for tomorrow. He is always futuristic. He always considers future as part of his success on what he would like to do. He always considers the possible consequences that would happen in the future time. Also, Steve Jobs is observant to his environment, he can innovate things just by mere observing In the environment he is with.

To some up all, Steve Jobs has a good communication skills and a good leadership. Though in communicating he sometimes fails, but he is also good in it. He fails because sometimes he includes his personal emotions that would lead to misunderstanding to his employees. But still, he is has a good communication since he can handle his business and employees efficiently, though sometimes he overacts in it. He is also a good leader since he can motivate his team to create projects, and never inject to their thought of making failure of the project they are making. He possesses the characteristics of becoming a good technopreneur in this world. Since he is still a human, he is not perfect and he needs to adjust to different situations that would occur to the business. He has shown so much trust, though it is good to have this kind of attitude, but it must have limitations in showing it to others so that there would be no advantage that can be seen by others.

2. How do you see yourself as a technopreneur?
Becoming a technopreneur is like a thorn for me. It is like walking with a long distance, walking in a road that is full of snake ready to bite you anytime and anywhere. It is like believing on something that would impossibly happen and it is like a war between heart and mind, a battle of trust and ideas. To frankly say, I don’t really like to become a businessman or a technopreneur though my mother and father use to be with it. I do not really like business for some reason that I don’t know why I do not like it. For me becoming a technopreneur would cause me too much time to master it; that is to say to avoid failure and must be in success always, though it is just only what is running on my mind when the term “business” is talk about.

What is technopreneurship and what is a technopreneur? I just have only to answer these questions first. Technopreneurship as defined in the Internet as I search it in google, “it is the combination of technology and the entrepreneurship that can be also stated as business”. Meaning to say, it is business employing technology in it or to fully understand it, it is business plus technology. So as we have already defined technopreneurship we can define now the term technopreneur. In my own words, technopreneur is the person who is behind the business plus technology. He/she is the one who owns the business and manage it in order for it to grow and to gain success and avoid failures that may occur.

These terms as I heard of it in our school, for it is our subject, are only new to me. I do not have any knowledge of it as to what it is and why it is needed. Thus as to answer the question; “How can you see yourself as a technopreneur?” I can only say that I cannot really relate my self as a technopreneur. I don’t really think if I am really fit for it and it never came into my mind; that is to say, to become a business owner and become a technopreneur in order to support my self and my family in the future progress of my life.

Since technology is involved to become a technopreneur, which is one of the things that I must familiarize with and to know better about its trends and uses. Since I had grown in a place where trees and mountains are all can be seen, technology is so hard to be known, I only know only just few of it like television, radio, cars and etc. I’ve never seen a telephone until I am twelve years of age and I only know computers as like as a family computer which I always like to play just to pass the time. I always see people doing their works manually like those people who are working on their farm. To state it more clearly, I am a late bloomer when it comes to latest trends of technology, its latest capabilities, its uses to people, its benefits and how it works.

I can’t see my self as a technopreneur since I am afraid that the business that I would start will just be considered failure; thus, I am just wasting my time and money whenever I would enter this kind of life, to live a life just for business. Also, I am afraid to become one of it because mostly of fresh companies that I have seen will immediately close though they are just new then it run to mind that to manage a business or to start a business is really hard and if I would going to enter to it, I can only think of failure rather than to think of success since I grow up in this world full of negative thoughts in my mind.

In my mind, to become a technopreneur, I think I need to master some of the characteristics or shall we say I need to learn some of the good attitudes of a technopreneur to attain. These characteristics that I need to have or to master are as follows:
Self-confidence; in this aspect, I am really weak and this is one of the attitudes that is really important if I want to become a technopreneur and to conclude, this is also the one attitude that I lack the most. By nature, by birth, by personality, I am really shy. I can’t talk to others when I need to. I cannot straight forward to the people I am transacting with. I am afraid to say my opinion and ideas even though these are right and better sometimes. I cannot talk plainly and straightly when I talk to others which are only new to me and I have only met for the first time. Thus, technopreneur has to do something with business, and business requires this kind of characteristic in order to survive. Since in a business, there are always new customers that would come and go.
To conclude this, I lack cannot trust of my self even though I am the one who is controlling my own self.
Risk-taking; In this aspect, I am also very weak since before to make a move I always ensure that when I do that move I would gain a one hundred percent success in doing so. Thus in a business firm, risk taking is also important in order for it to grow and to gain success but of course of fifty-fifty chance because in doing so failure may also occur. I never take a risk and I always end up making move with an advantage so that I would be success on what I would do. Thus, to conclude this, thus I lack this kind of characteristic or attitude; I cannot really see myself as to become a technopreneur.
Being a futuristic person; I also lack this kind of characteristic or attitude, since technology is involved and when we talk of technology, we no longer talk only about present but also the future. In a business, an idea that may help the business to grow in the future is really needed. Thus, in my real life situation, being futuristic is not in me because I always end up just depending on the present time rather than to depend on future that who knows tomorrow I am dead and there is no more tomorrow for me. I always depend on present because I believe in the quotation: “One today is better than two tomorrow”.

Thus in technopreneurship, technopreneur must learn not jus only how to manage and control but also, how to lead his employees in any situation that they may face. Thus, my answer to this question is that, I cannot see my self as a technopreneur since I always like to end up as to take orders and follow it rather than I am the one who is commanding. I want just to become an employee and I enjoy taking orders and doing it and I also want to become an employee that works always just for the benefit of others and for my self. I never really grumble to money, but I only like to live in a simple life and a simple manner where I cannot think so much of anything just like in a business. Also, when it comes to business, I am lazy; But, if my mind would change, because I am just a human, then there would be possibility that I would take self-confidence, take the risk and think too much of the future. I just only need to master this and then start the business that I want to build, yet for me I cannot really consider my self as a technopreneur, I need to learn so much things in order for me to become one of it.

3. Would you take the same career path that Steve Jobs took? Why or why not?
Every people in this world who become successive to their lives, to their works and to their businesses is holding or admiring people who become the reason for the success. Some become the reason; it is because when they see that a certain person possesses a good quality or attitude and characteristic and is also successive in live, thus, they become the reason for some, following their ways and what they believe. But as to the question; “Would you take the same career path as Steve Jobs took? Why or why not?”; then I would say every person in this world have uniqueness and with regards to Steve Jobs in one point I may follow him but on the other hand I will not.

Every person in this world is unique. Why do I need to follow the path of a certain person? If I follow his/her path, will I become also like him/her? Every person knows how to live in different places, in different time and in different temperature. He/she can formulate a way in order him/her to live in this cruel world that we have. He/she can motivate his self to find foods, shelter and primary sources in order for him/her to live. If I follow his/her path, would it be an advantage in part of me? These are the questions running through into my mind as I heard that I need to follow a certain person, that I shall need to follow him in order for me become successful and in order for me to live. Every person in this world has the right to live in a way that he wants to.

If it is in the case of Steve Jobs, as shown in the movie, if I am going to decide whether to follow his career path or not, my perspective would be on both side; either I agree and not. Why I come up with this decision or perspective? It is because Steve Jobs also possess characteristics or attitudes that could really help us to build ourselves if we want to enter into a business firms. But also, he has the characteristics or attitudes that would lead us also to our fall and it is not good because if business is talked about, I desire success not failure, if we follow his attitude. If career path is talked about, then I would say I will follow his path and at the same time I will not follow his path.

At one point I will follow his career path, since I am an information technology student and I have so many plans in my life. If I want to be successful then I need to become like Steve Jobs, to become a businessman. Also, as I am an information technology student I need to think of some work that would gain me worth much more than what I am expecting. As an information technology student, I do not need only to focus to my self but also to others; that they can gain something from me. I would also follow his career path on one point, since money is really a great need of today’s life thus as shown in the movie, money is just like a river; sometimes flowing rapidly, sometimes flowing smoothly and sometimes flowing slowly. Thus in his career, it is hard since he manage and control the company on his own hand and just only by one mistake it can be broke down into pieces and will to start again from the start.

Also I will follow his career path in order to help other people, especially those who are taking up information technology and those people who are really illiterate and using computers and technologies so that they are not ignorant anymore when it comes to technology. It just because, I can still see that; there are still some other people who do not know how to use a computer or some of the latest technology especially those people who live among mountain places. Also, I will follow his career path in order to help our country to eliminate job problems even though just a little amount of elimination.

On the other hand, as a turning point for me for the other side, I will not follow the career path of Steve Jobs. It is because laziness is always present inside of me, I just only seat and always relax and just letting things to pass by just like Juan Tamad of the Filipino literature story. I really do not feel that my life in the future would become a businessman but rather I feel that I would become only a employee who works on a company gaining salary that is just enough for me and for my family, thus I love this kind of career to serve and to work. I do not like to follow his career path, since business is really hard to manage and control and to lead especially the people that is working for you. Though leading people, I think, is essential to me yet at some degree I lack this kind of attitude, I cannot motivate others to do their work, because at the end I am the one who finishes the work. Also, in following the career path of Steve Job, problems regarding trust and life are very prone to danger. I may trust the wrong person and thus it would to my ruin and to the destruction of everything that is present to me.

I do not want to follow the career path of Steve Jobs, since in a business you need to have a lot of ideas so that you can maintain your business’ progress, to stay or make it always on top or on below otherwise. When it comes to the attitude of Steve Jobs, I will not follow him because it may be become the reason for the ruin of the business or the career that I would undertake.

Thus to conclude this, I would still remain and just believe to my self as what career should I pursue, either to become an employer or to become an employee. And to say this, I would not follow Steve Jobs for I have also my own idea to become successive, for my desires are not in making business who always command and making orders to those who are below to me. I will still follow my will, and will try creating my own career path without admiring other people or without preferring to other people’s career path. It is just like choosing a road between the narrow and the wide road, but still, I would enter the narrow road rather than to enter the wide road. Whatever would be the result, and then I would say come what may. I will just believe on what I can do without looking to other people’s career and I would just believe in what has planned to me by God.
